Simple pricing, honest limits

The free plan is a complete task and time tracker, not a trial. Pro adds the writing and planning around the work. Team adds the people you do it with, on one bill.

Pro

For one person who wants the whole picture.

$8.00/month, billed $96 yearly

Everything in Free, plus:

  • Unlimited projects — Free runs 3 at a time; Pro runs as many as you like.
  • Your whole history — Tracked time and completed work back to the beginning, not the last 7 days.
  • Board, calendar and timeline — See a project as a board, on a calendar or across a month. Free is the list.
  • Shared tasks — Share a single task with someone else's account. They see that task and nothing else around it — a whole shared project is Team.
  • Journal — Keep your writing next to your work, with prompts and action items.
  • Work notes — Turn meeting notes into tracked action items as you type.
  • Life planning — Areas, goals, habits and rituals — the layer above today's list.
  • Reports — Build views over your tracked time and export them.
  • Calendar sync — Connect Google or Outlook. Your meetings sit beside your tasks, and the work you schedule goes back to your calendar.

Automatic time capture and AI capture are next for Pro.

Team

For a group that needs one bill and oversight.

$12/seat/month

Everything in Pro for everyone on the account, plus:

  • Shared projects — Invite people to a project and assign work to them. The people you invite don't need a paid plan of their own.
  • Everyone on one bill — Seats managed together, instead of a separate subscription each.
  • Roles and permissions — Owners manage the project; members work in it.
  • Team rollups — Reporting across everyone's tracked time, not just your own.
  • Sprints — Plan sprints across the team's projects on one board, with burndown and velocity charts.
  • Admin console — See who is on the account and manage their access.

Minimum 3 seats. Billed monthly per seat.

If you stop paying, nothing is deleted

Every journal entry, note, goal and report stays readable, deletable and exportable on the free plan — you just can't add new ones until you resubscribe. Tasks and time tracking keep working, with the two free limits back in force: the last 7 days of tracked time and completed work stay in view, and you can add projects again once you are under 3 active ones. Nothing is archived or removed for you, and an export always covers all of it, however far back.

A connected calendar is the one exception, and it works the other way: it is disconnected rather than kept. We forget the account and the keys to it, your meetings come off the grid, and reconnecting later means granting access again from scratch. Holding the keys to your calendar for a feature you are no longer using is not something we are willing to do quietly. Nothing is deleted from the calendar itself — events we put there stay, and are yours to remove — and your tasks, their times and their tracked hours are all untouched.
